We will strive to ship your order as quickly as we can, if possible, within 2-3 days of receiving your order on weekdays, though this is not guaranteed. (Please note, we are closed Fri. afternoons, Sat. & Sun).
Please understand that sometimes we may experience delays in shipping if we run out of a product and need to make up more. This occasional inconvenience just guarantees that our products are always extremely fresh :-)
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Mon-Fri. (We are closed Friday afternoons after mail pick-up, Saturday & Sunday)
- Standard Mail / Priority Mail - I label this as "Standard Mail" and not Priority Mail in my shopping cart because customers keep confusing this with Expedited mail. It is not Express or Expedited, Priority Mail is just want the Postal Service calls it's standard mail delivery option.
- Parcel Post - The USPS now calls this "Parcel Select", but it is just the same old Parcel Post it always has been.
- Flat Rate Priority Mail: Some select items may also be shipping in Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes. Due to the nature of the way our shopping cart processes orders, I cannot offer Flat Rate shipping on all of my prodcuts. If I can fit your order in a Flat Rate box to save the customer money on shipping, I do and refund the savings on shipping
Shipping charges are calculated weight/shipping zone.
NOTE ON SHIPPING CHARGES:
Occationally the shipping cost shown by the cart is incorrect (overly high), here is why:
When my cart asks the USPS web site what the shipping charge should be and the USPS site "fails"/doesn't respond (which happens on occasion and there is nothing I can do about it) my cart defaults to calculating the shipping at 25% of the total cost of the order. If there is a gross over-miscalculation on the shipping cost by my cart, I always rectify it when I print the shipping labels and refund the customer for the overcharge.
NOTE ON FLAT RATE BOXES:
I cannot offer Flat Rate on everything because it is impossible to program a shopping cart to know how much will fit in what box for every order. If I see that an order will fit in a Flat Rate box and save the cutomer on shipping costs, I will put the order in a Flat Rate box and refund the customer for the saving on shipping.
We will ship to Canada and many other countries. If your country in not listed in my shoppingcart, contact me and I will add it.

If you are not satisfied with the quality a product, please
send us an email and explain the problem. We will work with
you to resolve the issue by either replacement or credit.
Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. If any of the items are incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately after your package arrives via email at: email@example.com.
Due to the organic nature of our products, we have a strict 30 day return/exchange/replacement policy based on the delivery date. Return/Exchange requested received beyond 30 days of the orders delivery date will not be honored. Initial shipping charges are non refundable.
If you receive an incorrect item, we will issue a prepaid return label via email.

is solely for the purpose of our business dealings with you
(so we can ship you your order). We will keep your name and
contact information on file, for this purpose only. We will
not release, sell or give away your personal information or

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages, injury or death
caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer

action. Customer specifically acknowledges that Molly's Herbals
is not liable for the defamatory, offensive

Herbals nor any of it's agents, affiliates
or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages or death arising out of use
of the service, information or products or out of any breach of
any warranty. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions
