CREDIT
CARD- Secure Online Transaction: This web site securely
accepts Visa & Mastercard
credit cards. Your credit card number is processed manually,
after your order is received. You will be notified via email
when your order has been processed and is going to ship. Credit
card numbers are not kept on record.
PayPal:
We no longer accept PayPal for purchases of Molly's Herbals products.
CREDIT
CARD BY FAX: You may pay with a credit card, via
fax. Choose this option when you check out and the shopping
cart collects all your order information except your credit
card number. You will then be taken to a page that supplies
the fax number to call with your credit card information.
Credit card numbers are not kept on record.
CHECK
/ MONEY ORDER: You can pay by check or money order
by choosing "Check or Money Order" under payment
options when you check out. Your order will
be shipped after we receive your check/MO. You will be notified
via email when your order has been received and is going to
ship.

Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-weight of product basis.
Please make note of the shipping charges for your particular shipping zone when placing your order. If you choose the incorrect shipping zone when you place your order (thus under calculating your correct shipping cost) you will be charged the correct shipping cost for your zone when we process your order. If you do not choose a shipping zone/cost, you will be charged for zone 8, regardless of your actual zone/cost.
US Orders:
Orders under 30 pounds: We ship all orders under 30 pounds via US Postal Priority Mail. We do not offer shipping via any other service but US Postal for orders under 30 pounds.
Orders over 30 pounds: We ship all orders over 30 pounds via UPS. Shipment over 65 pounds will be split into two shipments.
International Orders:
We will ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain and Bermuda. We do not ship to Australia due to importation restrictions. We ship all international orders via USPS.
If you are not satisfied with the quality a product, please
send us an email and explain the problem. We will work with
you to resolve the issue by either replacement or credit.
Return
Policy:
Every
item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If
merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact
us immediately after your package arrives via email. Please
tell us what is wrong with the item and the remedy
you are seeking (credit or replacement). We will not accept
a returned item unless you have communicated with us first.
Privacy

is solely for the purpose of our business dealings with you
(so we can ship you your order). We will keep your name and
contact information on file, for this purpose only. We will
