Q- I don't know exactly what I want, will this be a problem? I have some general ideas but really need guidance. 

Most of our clients do not know what they want.  We act as consultants as well as designers and it is very important to us to design the right logo for each client.  We are professionals and you will be in good hands.  The more info you can give us, the more help we can be.  Almost all of the logos we have designed were our concept after we receive some info as to what the client thought they would like.  Sometimes the client actually has no ideas at all.

 

Q-  Do you take credit cards?

Q- What is a normal time to complete a logo?

It depends on how many other clients we have at the time and how quickly the client gets back to us.  Once we begin a logo we like to "stay in the groove" and the process can go quite quickly.  If the client takes a long time getting back to us, this slows down the process.  When we start on your logo, that is our full time job until the logo is done.  The logo can be completed in as little as three or four days.  Once we get the "go ahead" from you, I can give you an idea of how long it will be until we start on your project.  This will depend on how many clients we have "ahead" of you.  The "lag time" is usually about a week or so.

Q- Are there any programs that might not be able to use the computer files of my logo you supply me with?

We provide the client with a copy of the logo in BMP format.  This format can be imported into pretty much any program that handles graphics.  We also supply a copies of the logo in the following formats: TIFF, EPS, PDS, GIF. I can also convert to many other formats. I have never had a problem with the client not being able to use the computer files.  It is important to us that you can use you logo, so we will make sure it works for you.

Please note, especially if you are going to be taking this logo to a printer, that we work on a PC (not Mac) in "rastor" file format and not "vector" file format. We cannot supply you with vector files of your logo.

Q-  I have a farm and a business, can I get one logo that will cover both?

We have some experience with designing logos for "dual purposes".  Depending on the two "businesses" dual logos can be extreamly tricky.  You must keep logos simple and when you try to cram too much info into them, they just don't work. We have had clients in this situation opt to have two logos done... this was just easier and more effective for the client.

Q- How much will it cost me to have a custom logo designed?

Q- What's you phone number, I cannot find it listed on your site.

Our phone number is not listed on our site because we received too many calls at all hours from people wanting goat health care advice. We prefer to communicate with all our clients via email. This way we can be clear and concise in our correspondences and also keep complete records that we can refer back to if needed. If you wish to contact us via phone, email us.

Q-  I want Fias Co Farm to design my logo but am unsure as to how to get started.

It's very simple, if you would like to proceed, we need a downpayment of 50% for the logo, and a little information.  The information you need to supply us with can be found at here.  We will begin work as soon as we receive your check.    We will prepare a "comp" and when it is ready, we will put it on our Works in Progress page for you to see.  You may want to review starting a logo for more information on how the design process works.
